This is a fascinating account of the revelations of Our Lady to three children at Fatima including her request for Russia to be consecrated to her and for the First Five Saturdays Devotion to be adopted. Our Lady said that she would work a miracle so that all would believe, and the terrifying Miracle of the Sun on 13th October 1917 was witnessed by 70,000 people. Mary warned of a war more terrible than WW1 and said that the sign that this was imminent would be a night illumined by an unknown light and this spectacular sign was given on 25th January 1938, six weeks before Hitler annexed Austria. She also warned that Russia would spread her errors throughout the world, that the Church would be persecuted and that the pope would suffer, and all these came to pass. The events of Fatima are set in the context of world history and the book shows how the message of Our Lady is just as relevant today as it was in 1917.
