With the changes and challenges brought to us by the COVID19 pandemic, the Philippine educational system had shifted from face-to-face classes to distance learning. This new set up dubbed as the "New Normal in Education" has become a great challenge to educators like us. One of the challenges encountered is the teaching of Physics to students. For all we know, Physics is one of the hardest subjects to teach. Not all parents would have the background knowledge to teach Physics concepts to their children. And so, I would say that the author Jayson Daguro Adena is such a blessing to us. His unparalleled wit to create his book PhysiCOOLogy by integrating Physics concepts into inspiring quotations is a great strategy to make Physics teaching and learning more practical, engaging, and fun.Millennials now have a short attention span in learning. However, I believe that with these quotations used and integrated into every Science teacher's lesson, the teaching and learning process will be lifted into a higher dimension.I would like to commend the author who is a close friend of mine for coming up with this book. I truly appreciate his creativity, brilliance, and dedication as a true-blooded 21st-century educator.We should not just live with our fears. Instead, we have to face these fears to create a more wonderful world for us.
