Publisher's Synopsis
Public enemy number one is Johnny Powers, the man who knows the identity of the master criminal known as The Fence. Public enemy number 2 is Nick Diamond, the 13-year-old sent to try to find out the identity of The Fence from Johnny. The only trouble is, Johnny Powers is in prison.
