Killer black rats the size of dogs are roaming the streets and no one is aware of their existence. Wild dogs, the authorities warn. Stay indoors and all will be fine. Domenic Salvatore soon finds himself in the middle of a cover-up of epic proportions; where no one will believe the truth. And why would they? After all, he's just a kid.
