About the Author

With over 35 years of practical experience, Mike specializes in helping organizations achieve their highest potential by improving their culture while eliminating inefficiencies and ineffective work practices. He has held management and continuous improvement leadership responsibilities at both the facility and corporate levels with three Fortune 500 companies.
An accomplished Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CMBB), Mike is also a hands-on Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and licensed master electrician. He has been independently recognized as a sensei for his working knowledge of Lean and the Toyota Production System.
