Reggie Boudreau was born in Montreal, Canada. September 24, 1959. He has lived, with family, including four siblings, in Hull, Quebec, Canada, Burlington, Massachusetts, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.He started running track (AAU Junior Olympics) in 1973 while attending Putnam City Central Junior High, and continued at Putnam City West High School, Oklahoma City.Graduating from High School, Reggie was offered a running scholarship at New Mexico Junior College, one year, and then Barton County Community College, Kansas where he earned an Associate Degree.Reggie's running achievements earned him a Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas, running scholarship.
