Rhai-Arn was part of the great Cree Plains Nation, in Alberta Canada. He was of Chieftains blood, but he had been physically abused and tortured by his father. Only through the healing knowledge of an old Chippewa woman True Dove, had his life been saved so many times. Finally, at sixteen, he fled the abuse and sought refuge with his Uncle Willie in Calgary. Rhai-Arn(Wild Feather)Treygar, was to eventually stand tall and then he sought, to call out the one who had abused both his body and soul. His future path, would then lead him to understand others needs and what support he could offer. Rhai-Arn was proud. He understood where his people were now positioned in life. He saw a better future and as circumstance intervened, he challenged the norms of the way they were forced to live. This is Rhai-Arn, s story.
