Publisher's Synopsis
A group of computer geeks and several people from a small town are fed up with the diminishing freedoms of the American people. They devise a plan to take temporary control of the internet, in order to force the political leaders to resign from their offices. The plan goes bad and all computer activity is shut down, cash money disappears. As a result, a new temporary culture evolves where bikers become enforcers of the law. "Cotton" a prison guard becomes judge and jury and a Buddhist acts as philosopher and tactician. These three bring law and order with survival tactics to a community which grows out of nothing.
