Sailing on a Solar Wind, is a short philosophical work on Nostagia. Instead of taking the boring analytical approach, Michael Naaden, writes his thoughts out in a fictional story, making it both readable and accessible without the nuances of the academic world. How do we relate to our memories and old feelings we haven't visited on in a while? There are as many answers as there are people who ask the question. The story follows Alisa Mentyka as she ponders and complains about her life and memories. As a character, she has no serious flaws, which puts her at odds with much of the existential tradition in philosophy. Existential characters are often out of proportion and have obvious errors, making them caricatures of their own topic. This, the author feels, is a cop-out for a difficult topic as the topic This book is inspired by various themes from anime and Pink Floyd.
