Scout becomes a master hamster after he accidently hurts a friend and has been getting into trouble. Scout feels things are unfair some of the time but when he reacts to his anger he gets into trouble. One night in a dream Scout is visited by a wise peacock who teaches him a fun song and wants to teach Scout how to become a master.
