Publisher's Synopsis

With this command, and the accompanying strains of Emil Nikolaus von Reznicek's Donna Diana overture, Sgt. William Preston exhorted his dog sled team to action adventure in the Yukon territory.

This set of 12 digitally restored and remastered episodes feature a number of unusual circumstances for our hero, as portrayed by Paul Sutton. He confronts a rare female lawbreaker (the red-headed singer Claire Bristol), rides his rarely used horse (Blackie), is forced to stretch the truth, and is involved in a kiss with a woman! There's even an episode based on an actual historical event - the infamous "Shootout at Juneau Wharf."

Listen in as Sutton and supporting performers Bob Maxwell, Rollon Parker, Dick Beals, James Lipton, Ernie Winstanley, and Dewey Cole (as King) face the challenge of the Yukon!

Includes a Program Guide by radio historian Jack French.
