Publisher's Synopsis
This novel is set at the height of World War I and describes a plot in which the German Foreign Secretary wants to get Russia out of the war. He enters an alliance with Lenin hoping to bring down the government but then Harry Bauer, an American, appears on the scene with a plot to kill Lenin.
