After the sudden death of her partner, a burned out romance novelist travels overseas to clear her head. While there, a chance encounter leads to more than she bargained for: a chance at new love. Since the death of her partner in a car wreck, Alice struggles to continue writing romance novels. With bills mounting and reminders of her partner everywhere, she leaves town in hopes of clearing her head and her writer's block. A banking mix up leads her to Elsa, an unrelenting playgirl that just won't take no for an answer. Yet, as their relationship develops, they both end up struggling to define what their relationship means to them.
