In "Create your Playbook" you'll take inventory of your desires, goals, and plans and decide on the mantras, affirmations, and morning rituals for your first month. We recommend activating all levels of you in the morning with a couple minutes of attention to body, mind, soul, and spirit.
Month 1 focuses on your soul, month 2 focuses on your connection to your soul sisters.
For each of your two months of powerful planning you have
- A monthly calendar which we suggest using to plan soul and soul sister related actions like meetings and workshops, or to plan your social media stories.
- Two pages to record your affirmations and morning/evening rituals.
