The book explores the European Commission's DG CONNECT's adoption of totalitarian art. It is an epistolary account of how the legend, myth, and magic of Science, Technology, and the Arts are being used in pursuit of the European Commission's weltanschauung. The work reflects on the emergent problem of Europeanness by exploring what Lenin, Stalin, Hitler and DG CONNECT have in common. In doing so the book cautions against the belief that the European Union is unlike other European Unions of the past. The contents are a warning from the author based on inside knowledge and first-hand observations of totalitarian developments and the threat these pose.
