This entirely new set condenses the 57 volumes of the "Reports of Tax Cases" into seven manageable volumes. They comprise: four volumes containing the full judgements of those cases which are most commonly cited and are regarded as the "leading cases". Each case report has appended to it learned notes of commentary explaining the importance of the case; two volumes containing the headnotes and digest of all the reported tax cases since 1875 which remain "live" to date; and a one-volume index, covering both the "live" and "leading" cases.;The series is designed to provide every practitioner with the opportunity to have a series of tax reports on their book shelf, in a condensed and economical format.
