Publisher's Synopsis
Lone Wolf is sent to Barrakeesh to contract peace for his nation, but finds himself in a city full of plotting and ferment. Qinefer, too, has come to Barrakeesh in a personal mission to rid herself of the evil "otherself" that haunts her. For both of them, danger is high.
