Everett Skidmore, a high school science teacher, is a delusional transvestite on a killing spree. The teacher is plagued by a transitory ocular deficiency that causes his eyes to grossly cross whenever in contact with his demon neighbor, an elderly woman who traumatized him in his youth. Long tormented by her voice, things begin to unravel for Everett when the old woman begins surfacing in the form of others. Everett rids himself of these apparitions by strangulation. As the body count mounts, so does the pressure on the police brass.
