This report results from a demographic survey (review of 1981 Census Data Congregational Questionnaire) and in-depth sociological study (Members Survey (3 part), Home Groups Survey (2 part), commissioned by the elders of the parish of St John with St James, West Ealing, London, in an attempt to explore the Diocesan initiative and the re-planting of the church, and in order to test assumptions about the congregation.
