In Israel, a scientist makes a monumental scientific breakthrough. When it becomes public, it will cause an upheaval in the scientific community, chaos in world financial systems and a seismic shift in global power. Unable to access it from the research facility's computers, the Collector destroys the laboratory and kidnaps the scientist. Two days later Eric Burns, a skilled Mossad agent, receives a package from his uncle, the scientist. It holds password-protected flash drives containing the files to reproduce the breakthrough and a clue for the password to open them. When the Collector learns the drives exist, he gives Burns one week to deliver them or he'll kill his uncle. If the Collector demands proof the drives are real, Burns can't comply. He doesn't know the clue to unlock them. With the clock ticking, Burns travels to Switzerland, Mexico and the United States, racing to rescue his uncle before the deadline. With help from an F.B.I. agent, he discovers the Collector is not his only problem. Others want the drives and will do anything to get them, including killing Burns.
