Publisher's Synopsis
Dr Jordan Marks notices an increased number of fatal nosebleed cases coming into his emergency room in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, a serial killer stalks the streets jabbing a steel skewer through the brains of his victims. He suspects an epidemic of some unknown disease, connected to the killer.
