The Flash is an American television series, developed by writer / producer Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, that aired on The CW. The film is based on the character Barry Allen / Flash, published by DC Comics, a superhero in combat outfit with superhuman movement speed. The film tells the story of Allen, played by Grant Gustin, a police officer on the scene, who achieves superhuman speed.
