Blaine suffers a brutal gang beat down from suspected seventies generation opera rockers, Les Jingoes to muscle Hunter's Zombie crystals into media habits, murder, shell shock, and the occult. Charismatic Reverend-Mayor Sperret (loyal veteran previously mentored by Hunter in Korea) grooms his daughter Roxzanne captain of The Jam Militant Crew, to carry on the Krown Media trade of the zombie drug at the Carnival with forged allies Jingoes rockers.
