Publisher's Synopsis
The citizens of Cobweb are outraged by the graffiti which has been appearing all over the village. Jackie and the ghost, Ruth, want to solve the mystery. They're convinced it could be the two ghosts who are always up to no good, but in fact the culprits turn out to be someone different.
