Publisher's Synopsis
The earth is saved and the land begins to thaw. A generation can learn to live again, young in a world that is itself reborn. But there is no rebirth without pain. With unrest, and fighting in the streets of Albia's capital, newly fertile land being claimed by any strong enough to hold it, and the elite returning to reclaim that which they fled during the great Freeze, the country finds itself on the eve of civil war. It seems that simply saving the world, was not simple enough for the Medusa's crew.
