"There are many books out relating to mental fitness and positive outlooks on life. However, not all are relatable. The title drew my attention because I love psychology but it's far more than psychology. It's about life and how we choose to view life. How we view our circumstances and situations that arise in our lives. It's an eye opener to the things we subconsciously allow in our "life space" to slow us down including our own selves.
