Publisher's Synopsis
While removing toxic waste from a dead zone, the captain of the Napoli is killed. Fully laden, Napoli limps off in desperate need of a captain. John Higgins is the only captain available, and his orders are to take her to Naples - only to find this is the first of many ports to refuse her entry.
