Book four in the Troll Stories series. Stories for pre-school children about the adventures of a Grandmother called Besti, her dog Lula, and the seven coloured trolls who they meet on their walks in the woods. Ella and Sophia have come to stay with Besti and they are going to visit the trolls, in the woods. Rainbow Duck has laid an egg so that the trolls can bake a cake, but first they must wake Indigo Troll up. Indigo is usually only awake at night, so waking him up during the day is difficult. They have tried all sorts of things, but Indigo is still asleep. The Troll stories are fun and easy to follow, with large print and colourful illustrations. They are intended for 3 to 6 year olds and are nice to read aloud, but older children may enjoy reading them alone.
