Publisher's Synopsis
This is a play of a dystopian tale set in 2040. After a bloodless coups President Jabba and his Prime Minister Henry Rimpkin sets up his United States of Excess. Jabba is a pathological, insane glutton, who attacks the intelligentsia and those who fast in large numbers. Paul Dyer is the leader of a Fasting Group and is put on a capital trial for habitual fasting, gets a hung jury. But because of a courageous young woman juror, the result triggers the start of a Revolution of a Fasting Nation and the ultimate overthrow of Jabba and Rimpkin.
