People who track their workouts make better progress! This small-sized (5x8in) training logbook helps you track important data on up to one hundred training sessions. Each page has a chart to note all your exercises, weight used, sets, and reps. It even includes a section for additional notes, such as Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) or just keeping a tally of your sets! The best way you can make sure you are progressing from week to week is to write it down.
