Publisher's Synopsis
In 1974, Elvis confided a secret to his personal hairdresser: he believed he was Jesus. Religious scholoars and musicologists have been silent on this issue. In the interests of truth, a three-year investigation was launched to examine the Elvis-is-Messiah theory. The research tools included the King James Bible, a stack of Elvis biographies, some ancient Christian parchments and the soundtrack of Blue Hawaii. This book presents the results of this research, complete with illustrations commissioned for the project.
