The different levels of interest in the various sports in the book is reflected in the coverage. Each sport opens with a double-page action shot, a brief introduction to the activity and a celebrity quote. The higher profile sports receive up to eight pages, covering advice on clothing and equipment, all the trick manoeuvres, the classic venues and safety tips and hints. Other sports where participation is growing rapidly receive at least four pages, and newer sports, together with those of minority interest are allocated two pages.
