Hettie's voodoo powers come in handy to help dormmates cope with nasty professors, abusive boyfriends, dorm life, campus politics, and even their sex lives.Her spells seem to work. Or do they?After she takes a psychology course, Hettie begins to doubt the voodoo powers she thought she'd inherited from her mother. Confused, Hettie reconsiders all she believes is true about the voodoo religion. She wonders who she is if not a voodoo priestess.Strange events provide an answer to that question.
