Oh dear, Santa's stuck! It's Christmas Eve in Louisiana, and Layla excitedly awaits Santa's arrival. It's been a tough year on the family's alligator farm, with lots of rain and heavy storms. But now the bonfires are lit, the gumbo is hot, and Christmas is finally here! Will Layla get the doll she asked for? There's a jingle-jangle of sleigh bells, and Layla glimpses Rudolph's bright red nose. But something is wrong. Santa's sleigh is caught in the deep, sticky muck of the Bayou! It looks like Christmas is cancelled, unless Layla can save the day. But how can they deliver toys across the swamp, without Santa's sleigh? That's when Layla spots her father's smart, snappy, alligators, and gets a big idea...
