Brendan MacCarthaigh. He is Irish. Because of his own culture and religion, much of the imagery and allusions in these poems is Biblical. He lives in India, where for more than half a century he has worked for the improvement of the education system, and won numerous awards in appreciation of his efforts - without however having been very successful! The poems are in no particular order, and many structures are explored.
