This is not a book about herb recipes, although it is chock full of recipes using herbs. This is a book about a ten year chapter in my mother's life where, in Cherokee Village, Arkansas, from 1990 to 2000, my Mother once again found her voice through the encouragement of her husband, Chal Burgess and her Uncle Merle Giles.
