Meet Susan Painter. She is the first cartoon born in the universe. As she clowns around in high school, she decides to take Otto Graff on a date to the circus. There, she meets the heroes from The Flying Boy: Jeremy Floeter and Amy Simpson. When they found the show lame and tried to leave, The ringmaster Willie the Clown sent his circus employees after them. Can Sue and her friends escape the clowns and go home?
