The book will also shine a new light on Rael's testimony on his 1973 encounter with the extraterrestrial civilization that created life on Earth. Mr. Letourneau was born in Quebec, Canada in 1955 and moved to USA in 1990. He studied Psychology (Major), Counseling (Bachelor's degree & License) and Measurement Statistics (M.A.) at the University of Laval in Quebec (1989). He is currently retired. Mr. Letourneau has been working in clinical trials as a Principal Statistical Programmer and clinical trial lead. Mr. Letourneau has been a member of the International Raelian Movement since 1977.
