Publisher's Synopsis
Willow is trying to earn some extra pocket money by babysitting for her neighbour. But her child care night turns into a waking nightmare when the baby is somehow switched with an evil changeling. Barely saved from the tiny terror by Cordelia, Willow becomes the focus of a police investigation into the kidnapping of the now missing human baby. But the monstrous thing that was left in its place keeps coming back to haunt her - literally.
Meanwhile, Buffy discovers a possible link between Willow's infant interloper and some strange artefacts uncovered by Giles at a local archeological dig. The evil faeries plaguing Willow were once trapped underground by a Russian Gypsy who eventually settled in the Sunnydale area. Released from their prison by construction work on the property, they're ready to cause some major mayhem ... and worse.
