Publisher's Synopsis
A film which challenges the questions raised in the media and public eye over 'date rape'. Lyn (Annabeth Gish), an undergraduate at a California university, arranges to meet Melanie, her best friend, in the dorm of Melanie's boyfriend Ron. However Melanie is not there and Ron takes advantage of the situation, forcing himself on Lyn and raping her. Initially Lyn decides to forget the whole episode (she knew the rapist, did she ask for it?) but then decides to seek legal recourse. This brings pressures not only from the university but also from her best friend...
