Meanwhile, three young misfits have discovered a secret, interactive cyber-game hidden within the education programs that seems to hold some clues to what is happening. But to find the answers, they must complete a quest in a fantastical virtual reality, where their minds encounter dangerous scenarios while, back aboard the ship, their bodies have mysteriously disappeared....
