Delbert, a little owl, has arrived at Drachenmoor just in time to help with the Halloween festivity preparations. Delbert gets upset that he is having trouble finding his place at Drachenmoor and he feels alone. Delbert doesn't understand his big feelings and they get the best of him. Things get wild and crazy at Drachenmoor, until he meets up with a friendly werewolf who helps him understand those big feelings.
