Nathan Ford met Delilah Ford when he was just seventeen. Now they're twenty-six, married and living in New York. Except Delilah has changed, their relationship feels toxic and Nathan is struggling to continue. After a bittersweet anniversary together, they return to their lives together, trying to find some way to continue loving each other. Nathan sees an opportunity when Delilah comes home mugged and distressed and takes it upon himself to prove himself to her.
