Nine year old Terrence Marlow, a.k.a Tee, is coming up as an only child in an impoverished neighborhood, under the wing of his struggling single mother. With a felony record, this Ex-Queen-Pin of a mother resorts to selling small quantities of crack cocaine to provide for herself and her son.
