Zenobia and the Seven Curses is the fairy tale you illustrate. Zenobia and the Seven Curses is a fairy tale in four acts about post-traumatic stress disorder. It chronicles the life of Zenobia DeHaven-Reynard from infancy through adulthood. As an infant, she receives blessings from her family's seven Fair Matriarchs; however, due to her father's disregard for tradition, she is also cursed by the family's seven Not-So-Fair Matriarchs. How does Zenobia endure the trauma of the curses? Are her blessings powerful enough to counteract her curses? Will she find her happily ever after? Zenobia and the Seven Curses is not only a fairy tale but also an Illustrate-It book which allows you, the reader, to create the illustrations for the story. Throughout the tale, there are a total of twenty-two frames provided for your unique creations. You are the artist, Zenobia is your muse, and her story is your guide. Allow your imagination to be the corridor that leads to your visual interpretation of Zenobia's struggle. You are the illustrator, and all creative decisions are in your capable, artistic hands. This book is not recommended for young children as some of the subject matter is quite mature. A note from the author: I am not an Art Therapist but rather a survivor that was able to make major strides in my own therapy using Art Therapy techniques with a licensed therapist.
