Beautiful Historic Charleston, South Carolina. Palm trees and antebellum mansions. Corpses everywhere. Machine gun bullet holes across walls. Eerily quiet in its void of human life. Thousands of tourists once came to visit the old city that is now occupied by millions of rats. But for the group, it means a place without R140. They seize the opportunity to settle in and learn survival without society.
But no society also means healthies who have no rules. As the group conducts a search and rescue for their missing people through a complex river system, somebody spies on them.
